I was recommended by Chinasoft International for an interview in Tencent’s game department. I don’t know what it is like for employees of outsourcing companies to work in Tencent.

According to the latest findings, on the premise of paying social security in accordance with the local minimum standards, the company still fails to pay social security to its employees in accordance with the local regulations. The contribution ratio of medical insurance company is only 3%, and that of endowment insurance is only 6.5% (PS). My own contribution is higher than the company’s). Industrial injury insurance pay only 0.035%, that is, a few cents. Unemployment insurance is 0.28%, and maternity insurance is the only one that meets the payment ratio (9.9 yuan).

If you feel that you are not capable and want to learn and improve your ability through outsourcing, don’t do outsourcing, because you can’t get access to internal learning resources, or it is worse than Google learning resources. As for the work itself, there are really very few opportunities for outsourcing to get access to challenging and empowering work. Especially in positions where you work long hours, not only do you not learn from the job itself, but you also have less time to improve yourself.

Drag a long time or decision, to answer, can save a is a.

Bachelor degree 985 or 211, or master degree, please do not do outsourcing. The higher the degree, the greater the negative impact of outsourcing experience.

A year and a half ago, I read all the answers here, asked my friends at Tencent, and still outsourced. One is the platform of Tencent, and the other is lucky psychology. I believed what the interviewer said and thought that maybe the work in this department would not be repetitive, and maybe I could get a full-time job. But outsourcing, it turns out, is outsourcing.

First of all, answer the question whether outsourcing can become a full-time employee. Can, but very difficult, than you work in the outside for a few years to recruit Tencent more difficult, and not your ability is good to be able to turn.

If any of you are still ready to jump, here’s what you should be prepared for:

1. The work is highly repetitive and fungible.

The essence of outsourcing is to do unskilled work that regular employees don’t want to do. For example, if a report is presented, the regular staff is responsible for building the framework, and the outsourcing is responsible for filling in the content. (However, the scariest thing is that this is not the most basic work, but more basic work can be done by people who do not need professional expertise.)

If you are lucky, you can meet a complete project and take more initiative. However, the follow-up and implementation of the project in the later stage and the communication with the business side in the early stage are basically irrelevant to you. A better regular employee might take you to a meeting to show you the ropes, but that’s rare.

In other words, in the best case, you’re in charge of a project, but you’re not responsible for the beginning and the end. In fact, after you start working, you will find that it is the first and last work that really matters, and it is this part of the work that requires the accumulation of experience through practice. If you’re stuck in the middle for too long, you’ll fall further and further behind your peers, and the longer you stay stuck in the middle, the harder it will be to move on to non-outsourced work.

2. The real salary is low, the social security fund is the lowest, and the year-end is less.

Compared with some small businesses, outsourcing pay is relatively attractive. However, this is based on the social security provident fund to buy only the lowest level of the situation. No matter how much salary is offered, your basic salary is 1100. When you buy social security, you buy the local minimum standard, and your provident fund is only 110 per month. What level is that? It is your accumulation fund of a year likelihood and others one two months accumulation fund is about the same.

As for the end of the year, the promised end of the year is a month’s salary, but in fact is not getting a month. The annual general survey is also rare and delayed until almost the second half of the year (the first wave of layoffs).

3. Heavy workload, 985 is the norm, 007 can last a month or two on busy days.

Although the wages of outsourcing employees are low, you have a lot of work to do. Being able to leave work on time is the ultimate luxury. Typically, you don’t have just one project on hand, but the person in charge of the project — the regular employee — needs it badly. It is normal for 007 to last a month or two at his most tired.

What’s the point of working overtime? A ticket to a midnight snack, and a half day off if you can make it past 10:30. But you may find that you hoard more than 10 days of vacation time, but you still don’t have time to take it.

4. No matter what the interviewer says, outsourcing discrimination exists.

Differential treatment is normal, after all, everyone has different access standards. But you will find that some people will measure the level of your business and the priority of your needs based on your outsourcing label.

And that discrimination extends to when you’re looking for a new job. The word “outsourcing” on your resume is, at best, a non-negative mark.

At the end of the day, I know there will be people who read all the answers and go back to outsourcing. After all, I did the same thing at the beginning. Everyone thinks maybe they are the lucky one. If you really want to do this, my advice is to go for a higher salary. There is also, high education but really can not find a job, or please consider carefully, the consequences are really very painful.

In fact, everyone’s situation is different, it is difficult to evaluate how to choose better. I can only tell you how outsourcing works, and finally, I hope everyone can find a better job opportunity than outsourcing.
