The next three years will be a period of rapid growth of industrial Internet. We will strengthen technological innovation and breakthroughs, implement the plan to improve security capabilities, encourage small and medium-sized enterprises to “secure the cloud”, strengthen the supply of public services, and foster the cybersecurity industry ecosystem.

In addition, in combination with key tasks and prominent problems, the supporting elements and policy measures are defined from the four aspects of organization and implementation, data management, fund guarantee and talent guarantee.

Third, we will explore new space for the development of “5G+ Industrial Internet”. We will continue to implement the 512 project of “5G+ Industrial Internet”, deepen core applications, and expand application fields from peripheral industrial links to core manufacturing links. Through the organization of the national industrial Internet logo innovation competition selection of typical cases to strengthen demonstration and promotion, especially in response to the epidemic, we will expand the logo in the cold chain logistics, emergency supplies and other areas of scale application. We will also strengthen the capacity of public service such as identification resource docking, testing and certification, establish an industrial chain and supply chain identification data resource sharing mechanism, and promote the application and promotion of identification in the industry. First, “build a platform” to build a “comprehensive + characteristic + professional” industrial Internet platform system. Rolling selection of cross-industry and cross-field comprehensive industrial Internet platform, establish a dynamic evaluation mechanism, create 3-5 industrial Internet platforms with international influence, deepen the agglomeration of industrial resource elements, accelerate the innovation and reform of production mode and industrial form. The third is to “build ecology” and continue to improve the service level of platform applications. 6. How to further play the important role of data in the innovation and development of the industrial Internet?

Data is a key resource for platform applications. In order to promote data aggregation, circulation, analysis and application, we will carry out the “Data Aggregation and Empowerment Action”, which will focus on four aspects and comprehensively build a new data-driven ecology.

First, build a data aggregation carrier and promote the construction of industrial Internet big data centers. The Action Plan adheres to the principle of problem-oriented and goal-oriented, and makes it more forward-looking, innovative and practical. It clarifies the working ideas of implementing the main responsibility of enterprises, focusing on strengthening safety supply, supporting the safety industry, and strengthening the service capacity of technical monitoring. Strive to effectively establish a more sound system, more advanced technology, government and enterprise coordination of the security system.
