When using tags in Discourse, it is found that the tags created by Discourse are all lowercase.

Discourse is allowed to use uppercase tags and can be configured in the background console.
You can allow labels to use uppercase by unselecting the option above.
However, unchoosing this option is not recommended. For example, the home = home = home = home character on the label would be different if uppercase was allowed, but in reality, the upper label would be the same.
With this in mind, the tags are set to lowercase only.
Many large platforms, such as GitHub, only use lowercase tags.
