This is the first day of my participation in Gwen Challenge

Can you start with my question?

How to improve our work efficiency, can not work overtime, less overtime, not volume, do not waste time.

Tomato time, you deserve it.

What is Tomato time?

The Pomodoro Technique is a simple time management technique.

How to apply tomato time?

Using the Pomodoro technique, choose a task to complete, set the pomodoro time for 25 minutes, and focus on your work without doing anything unrelated to the task until the pomodoro clock goes off. Then take a short break (5 minutes will do) before moving on to the next tomato. Take an extra break every four tomato breaks.

How do I use tomato time flexibly?

  1. Take today’s Todolist and make a simple list, with important and urgent tasks first, urgent next, important next, and everything else last
  2. Follow the Rule of Tomato time to complete todolist
  3. How do I have temporary work added to Todolist in order of importance and urgency
  4. The finished work is added to the donelist
  5. Work at your own pace each day so you know exactly what you’ve accomplished and what needs to be done
  6. If you encounter difficulties, respond to important and urgent work in a timely manner and communicate with the team

Do you have any good ideas for advancing the project?

Agile development, you deserve it too

What is Agile development?

Divide a large project into smaller projects that are connected but can run independently and complete them separately, leaving the software in a usable state all the time. With the evolution of users’ needs as the core, software development is carried out in an iterative and step-by-step way.

How do we use Agile development flexibly?

  1. Firstly, determine product requirements and organize the architecture of each module
  2. Dismantlement function, sorting out P0 requirements first
  3. Determine p0 requirements of products, deliver to UI, develop and investigate core technology points, and write demo; Determine p1 requirements for products at the same time
  4. Completed the UI design draft, delivered to the development, and carried out P0 requirement development; Product design Start product design work for P1 requirements
  5. P0 requirements are developed and delivered to test; Product design synchronizes p1 requirements for development.
  6. Level P2 requirements and subsequent requirements advance at a sequential pace
  7. Of course, there will definitely be delays during this period. We will try our best to give early warning and inform the project leader at the same time

conclusion

Tactical diligence cannot mask strategic laziness.

You can’t fill project deadlines with endless overtime.
