After years of learning, I have summed up a model of doing things, which I call the Big Dipper model.
As we all know, Beidou is yao Guang, Kaiyang, Yuheng, tianquan, Phecda, Tianxuan, Tianshu seven stars, the last point to the North star.
The corresponding eight core concepts are as follows:

(1) Integrity
Learn to be a man before you do something. And the most important thing to do is to be honest.
I firmly believe that people are born good. Found the heart crooked, will be over. Know what you can do and what you can’t do. We need to correct our attitude. The traditional Chinese word for state is state, which means the ability of heart. And the ability to cultivate the mind is to learn the right attitude.
Attitude, unlike knowledge and skills, is the hardest thing to learn. You need to open the door of your own mind and then add it to the list of principles.
(2) taking potential
There are so many things to do, and my life is limited. What are the specific things to do?
A core principle is value. Do the most valuable thing to do. Because the evaluation criteria are different, this valuable thing needs to be selected by oneself. A measure of what is valuable is to conform to the trend of historical development.
There are also many valuable trends to choose from. The principle of selection is one’s own passion.
(3) To clarify the way
After choosing the direction of doing things, the next step is to consider the underlying logic of doing things, which is to consider the law of the development of things.
The law is the way, and the way is unchanged, just need to know, is the way.
Therefore, a core principle of doing things is to seek truth from facts.
(4) Excellent techniques
After mastering the basic rules of doing a thing, it is time to move to the method level, which is the technical level.
There are many ways to do one thing, because it is to continue to do, so as long as the current method is the best, but also note that only “current”, or continue to optimize in the future.
(5) use of utensils
Once you have a way of doing things, you also need to use the corresponding tools, that is, the tool level.
You can think of development tools as a thing, and the same applies to the Beidou model.
So the best way is to find the right tool and use it directly.
(6) Preparation of materials
Once you have the tools, you need to use the right materials. The dictionary meaning of material, on the one hand refers to material, on the other hand refers to ability. I call them collectively resources.
Resources, which must be your own, need to be prepared for them. If some resources come through network, then network itself is a resource, and building network is also something you need to do.
(7) Mass
To do is a verb. It has a subject. The subject doesn’t have to be itself, it can be a team. Therefore, you can join a team to do something together.
In addition, the main body of potential, clear way, excellent technique, instrument and material preparation can also be a team. Teams come in many forms, but the most effective team of our time is the company.
In addition, I didn’t mention the ability when I talked about potential. Now we know, because there is a community, so ability is not the first factor to consider.
One of the most important things in conformity is communication, so the tao and art of communication also need to be learned.
(8) Practice
These words are verbs: the right of the heart, the right of the potential, the right of the way, the right of the skill, the right of the instrument, the right of the material, the right of the crowd. And the verb means to act.
If someone else does the same thing better than me or my team, the problem may be in the right mind, taking the potential, understanding, excellent skills, using tools, preparing materials, any part of the group. People may be concerned about whether they are going in different directions, but it’s the details that count, and it’s the details that make the difference.
(9) Conceptual relations
There are other reasons for the order of the first seven concepts, besides the logical order mentioned earlier in the introduction.
The path to maturity is from dependence, to independence, and then to interdependence. So you can do things by yourself, or you can do things in groups. A part can be an independent entity, while the whole is inter-dependent within the team. A part can also be an independent team, while the whole is the interdependence of different teams.
A specific person needs to be right in heart, take potential, understand the way, excellent skills, use tools, prepare materials, and join the crowd. Then a team is also the same, the team also needs to correct their own heart, take their own potential…… , which in turn can rise to a country, or even the world.
