“This is the second day of my participation in the First Challenge 2022.

Following up on “What Will Web 3.0 Look like? Lead,” we said that Web 3.0 is actually happening, and this post continues – what will the future of Web 3.0 applications look like?

This is the end of my confession. — Su Shi “Jia Say send Zhang Hu”

DApp

A Web 3.0 Application is called a DApp, whose full name is Decentralized Application.

To understand DApp, we must first understand “decentralization”. In Web 2.0, all the services we access belong to “centralized” services, and managers have absolute authority. Some measures of the platform have a great impact on users. After “decentralization”, such absolute authority will disappear, everyone can see your code logic, if deliberately hidden code logic, it will be an unequal smart contract, will not be recognized.

Dappradar.com/ lists dApps from around the world. A) to b) to C) to D) to

Top DApp rankings:

  • A white paper DApp

According to The General Theory of Decentralized Applications White Paper, Applications that meet The following criteria are considered Decentralized Applications:

  • Open Source – Distributed applications must be completely Open Source and run autonomously. In short, the code is fully Open for review and modification by other developers or programmers.
  • Decentralization – the encryption and storage of all data in a publicly accessible blockchain.
  • Tokens — Provide blockchain with native digital Coins or Tokens published with smart contracts to provide value to miners and users.
  • Algorithm – Enables mining through a network of nodes using standard encryption algorithms.

Glossary

See top-18-Web-3-0-trends-Every-Frontend – Developer-has-to-follow-in 2022 for a closer look at the list of DApp knowledge:

  • Metaverse is a 3D virtual online world where you can interact with other digital objects.

  • Blockchain distributed database, data is divided into blocks linked by cryptography. When new data is pushed into the blockchain, it fills an empty block that is further linked to other blocks, creating a chronological chain. The data in the blockchain is irreversibly manipulated and can be kept forever for anyone to see.

  • Cryptocurrency, a decentralized bank where everyone can issue currency, safe and fast. Crypto Wallet

  • Metamask’s popular browser extension and mobile application acts as a gateway to encrypted wallets and DApps.

  • The nodes in the Miner blockchain. It is generated during a transaction (inserting a new record into the blockchain).

  • Gas Fee is used to measure the amount of computational effort required to perform a specific operation on the Ethereum blockchain. What is Gas?

  • Token Digital Token.

  • NFT digital assets.

  • Smart Contract, a decentralized program stored in a blockchain. Called when the participant meets a prerequisite. It is similar to the vendor’s machine, which the buyer inserts into the card when payment is performed. It allows you to choose the drink you buy and transfer the money to the seller when the drink is delivered. Automatic, safe and fast. Smart contracts can be anything from sending money to voting to changing property ownership.

  • ICO IPO in crypto world.

  • DApp Decentralized applications.

  • DeFi Decentralized financial services.

  • DAO decentralized autonomous organization.

  • Consensus A decentralized set of rules that must be validated before they are reached.

  • Ethereum is an open source software platform that works within a public blockchain network and focuses on running DApps applications.

  • EVM is used to enforce smart contracts.

  • Solidity Programming language for writing smart contracts.

  • Solana is a blockchain that addresses the major issues of scalability, transaction speed, price, and energy efficiency.

DApp is still a novel thing, I don’t know if you have been exposed to it? Or what do you think?

We will continue to share more information about Web 3.0 DApps ~~ focus on not getting lost 👍
