2021 A calm day
I joined the new company on the first day of the New Year holiday.
In this year, I participated in 5 front-end iterations of projects, independently took charge of the front-end development of 1 project, SDK development of monitoring burying point and node service project development. I shared technology twice and drew 9 flow charts. Why are diagrams also listed separately? It used to be the back end, the front end was just the page. In some projects, the team leader tends to take the lead from the front end, drawing flow charts to sort out business logic and communicating with the back end. In this process, I grew up a lot.
This year, I encountered some problems in my work, which were code problems of my colleagues. We’re on equal terms, and it’s hard to say anything directly, but it’s hard. Ah! I mean, my whole mentality is out of whack. Fortunately, timely adjustment, slowly also calm.
This year, due to various reasons (excuses), there is less time to learn front-end related after work. Sometimes I am really determined to learn, but I think I will soon forget it if I don’t use it in my work. Before changing careers, I thought I would continue to learn, but this year I’ve clearly slackened off.

Try to change jobs if you can’t improve
At the beginning of the year, due to my good performance, I was given a 10% raise (the supervisor said that it is generally not given a raise after less than one year on the job).
After the rapid growth in the second half of last year, I have been able to independently take charge of the company’s front-end projects this year and also help solve the problems of other colleagues in the group. I have encountered fewer and fewer challenges at work.
In the middle of the year, the director said that he would hire a few more front ends and I would lead them. Are promotions and raises really coming? NO! Soon, due to the poor promotion of the new project, the growth of the old project is weak, the recruitment plan is stalled, the new project could be cut at any time. Ah…
I could not improve my ability here, so I began to consider job-hopping.
Sort out the difficulties and highlights of the work and prepare the resume. Improved the daily learning intensity, reviewed the front-end foundation, went deep into Vue, learned React and Node (also spent more than 6000 to sign up for an improvement camp). After preparing for a month, I began to submit my resume and interview. Made a few interviews, took notes, and it didn’t go well. Keep learning and try to integrate it into the work…
In early November, I had an interview with the company, including telephone interview + group leader interview + supervisor interview + hr interview. Before sending the offer, I added manager interview. Of course, I finally got the offer😝.
In December, I applied for resignation and handed over the work. Used up the annual leave, went to Hubei alone. I met the loveliest roommates, tasted the most comfortable Wuhan food, and went to enshi Suobuya Stone Forest, Tusi City, Tenglong Cave and Geocentric Valley.
In 2019, I successfully entered the company after 4 months of training in isolation

In July, I began to send out resumes and prepare interview questions. Boss, pull hook a day to cast more than ten resumes, a lot of them are nothing. I can accept that. After all, most jobs require more than 1 or 2 years of working experience, and my resume shows 0 work experience and 3 practice projects. I ended up getting interviews from two companies. The first one is educational information related, personnel stress interview + supervisor stress interview. I saw the job requirements to write database, but also make up for SQL related content, the result was not asked was passed. The second one is advertising and marketing, team leader interview + supervisor interview. The group leader was a young boy who mainly knew the basics of HTML, CSS and JS, and didn’t worry about my work experience (he told me later that he thought a good foundation was the most important, and he didn’t care about anything else). As it happened, I answered some flexible intellectual questions very well, passed the interview happily, and got a better salary than my previous job.
In late July, front-end development started in earnest. Doing a project is really different from writing your own demo. You learn and grow by doing it every day.
At the end of November, I moved to a one-room apartment near the company at 33 square meters and the rent is 3300/ month.
2017-2018 Road of Sewage Treatment Engineer
Before graduation, in May, I will have an internship in a company with an employment contract. On my first day in Shanghai, I changed at the Guanglan Road subway station and lost my mobile phone. The company has arranged accommodation, four rooms and one hall, and the internship is free (500 yuan/month after work). After graduation, I came to work for the company. The income is small, and the expenses are certainly small. There are several colleagues who are also recent graduates, living together, quite happy.
As the days passed, I wrote design documents and drew drawings. Busy also often work overtime, overtime even, the money is less O (╥﹏╥) O. Looking at the department’s predecessors, as well as retired and rehired chief workers, the feeling can look at the head. 2011-2017 Wonderful campus life
A prelude to
In June 2011, the college entrance examination ended. By feeling, I estimated my score. A dozen days later, the score came back, one point higher than the estimate. No extraordinary play, even think that even normal play is not, the mood is low.
My father always hoped that I could work in a bank, so my first choice was a university of finance and economics. A little believe in fate, I think the second choice must have nothing to do with finance and economics. If THE first choice is not accepted, it means that god arranged me not to do finance and economics work. My second choice is environmental engineering in a comprehensive university. Dad read the news every day, the news every day that environmental problems, smoothly let dad and I think environmental protection is a sunrise industry. (Experience a few years later confirms this, but it remains the morning sun, not the glow that nourishes us environmental people.)

Eat and drink
Go to Wenxing with your high school buddies and get fat together. My roommate said I looked like a balloon blowing up. I remember one day a week when I was in a really bad mood and just wanted to eat, and once I ate so much that I cried. I have a clear memory of eating noodles in the canteen. There was news on TV about a man in hospital for overeating.
In graduate school, I rarely overate. Met a group of lovely roommates, received praise every day, often make up the beauty of the weekend together go shopping for dinner.
