Support industrial temperature range -40℃~85℃. EMI501HB08PM-55i adopts 32SOP chip package, and the power supply voltage is 4.5V~5.5V, so as to realize the user flexibility design of the system. Low data retention voltage is also supported for battery backup operations with low data retention current.
