There is no cheating between colleagues, infighting, mutual blame, the company does not work overtime culture, can leave work on time every day, the whole work intensity is not large, too comfortable. But NOW THAT I’ve reached the awkward three-year mark, jumping onto bigger platforms will only get harder if I don’t push myself. So I decided to give it a try and give myself a chance to see what the market was like.
The interview process

I had the idea of job-hopping in September, 2000, and then started to prepare for it. I sorted out knowledge points one by one from Java foundation, algorithm, Redis, mysql, ES, Spring, Springboot, message, etc. I would not play in the rest time every weekend and went home to read books.

On December 1st, MY interview officially began.
