Yes, I changed my job again.

It has not been a year and a half since I last changed my job. I didn’t expect to change jobs at the end of the year.

As for the reasons for changing jobs, they are not that special. For a satisfying job, we need to meet two points. One is to realize our value and gain enough growth in it, and to get a salary that we are also satisfied with. If either is not enough, it can be a reason to change jobs, and I am no exception.

Changing jobs too often is not a good thing. But when their inner expectations are broken, and then forced to stay will only make their work worse, which is bad for the company and worse for themselves, change is better than no change.

This job change is a big adjustment for me, on the one hand, the change of work content, on the other hand, the change of technology stack. On xiaomi’s side, the payment risk control system, and then the main technology stack is Java series, after Tencent’s side, the business changed to block chain, and then the technology stack also changed to Go.

I have some blockchain reserves before, so this time in the interview, such knowledge is also a plus.

Blockchain has always been questioned and teased that there are no actual landing projects (in fact, there are many), but for new things, it is very normal to be questioned and looked down. I’m not 100% sure it’s going to be great in the future. But for such a new field, it is also an exciting thing to get involved and make a contribution.

If you’re still interested in blockchain and Go, please stay tuned.

By the way, my current team is still recruiting a large number of people, including the backend, products and front end. The base is in Beijing/Shenzhen. If you are interested in this field, please send your resume to us. You can leave a message or send your resume to [email protected].
