2 What can I do if synchronization information fails to be displayed during login?

Symptom: The latest version is downloaded from the official website, and the system displays “Failed to synchronize login information! Please check the network and try again.

Solutions:

Method 1: Open the console (Finder> Applications > Utilities > Console), where 10.12-10.14 system users, click “User Report”; 10.15 System user, click Crash Report. See if there are many files starting with WPSCloudSVR. If you have a lot of these files, try re-downloading WPS from the Appstore and then logging in.

Method 2: Check whether the computer is installed with the encryption software provided by the company. If yes, disable the encryption software or contact the COMPANY’S IT network administrator to help disable the software. Then try to check whether the login can be normal.

Method 3: Check whether a large number of fonts are installed on the computer (to view fonts: Open Finder> Applications > Font Book). If a large number of fonts are installed, disable some fonts and log in again.

Disable font operation: select or multiple fonts, right-click – disable XXX font.

Method 4: Open “Boot Console” – other folders – Open the activity monitor, check whether the WPS Office Service process exists, if the process exists, exit the WPS, shut down the WPS Office Service process, restart the WPS login

Method 1. Check whether the network is connected and whether VPN or network proxy is enabled. If VPN or network proxy is enabled, stop the PROCESS and try again.

Method 2. If you use the corporate network, use Safari to log in to account.wps.cn and check whether the login is successful.

Method 3. Add DNS 114.114.114.114 to the network DNS. Exit the WPS Office Service (version earlier than 2.3.0: WPSCloudsvr) process (for details, see Problem 1 or restart the PC). Preferences – Network – Advanced -DNS- Add DNS and click Apply.
