If you have two or more Apple devices and they’re all logged into the same Apple account, you can copy content on one device and paste it on the other.

On Windows devices, we used to use pasting tools like Ditto, but if your Windows system has been updated to Windows10 1809, things are much more efficient.

We use the shortcut Windows+V anywhere to bring up an unprecedented clipboard. In this clipboard, we record the content we copied before, including text, images. You can choose anything you want and paste it where you want.

What good is that?

You can copy more than one piece of text at a time, then go to the clipboard where you want to paste, and select and paste one by one without switching back and forth.

How do you set up this clipping mode?

Click the Start menu, click the “Settings” button, in the “System”, find the “Clipboard” option, turn on the “Clipboard History” switch.

As you can see, you can also turn on the sync switch below. With this switch on, you can implement cloud paste across multiple devices that are logged into a unified Microsoft account. Even copying content at home is not a problem in the office.

How to check whether their computer has cloud clipboard function?

Right-click on the Start menu and choose “System” to see your own system version. If your version number is lower than 1809, you need to upgrade. If you haven’t received the update, please reply 1809 on our wechat official account and start updating!
