Hello, I’m Jack.

Windows 11 is officially out, with many changes in ICONS, menu bars, sound, performance, and a new way to customize your computer.

Last month, Microsoft CEO Nadella previewed the next Generation of Windows at the company’s developer conference, and sure enough, a preview of Windows 11 was leaked last week.

Windows system from 1985 to now, has experienced more than 30 years, accompanied a lot of people’s growth.

So what’s different about this Windows 11 update?

New LOGO and new wallpaper

The Windows 10 logo had a slanted perspective effect, but Windows 11 did away with it and replaced it with the founder character tian.

Windows 10 on the left, Windows 11 on the right

Windows 11’s official wallpaper is also pretty good.

But also can adjust the tone, in the color setting, can choose the theme color of the system. Windows 11’s Dark Mode is beautifully done, with bright levels and advanced colors.

Taskbar and ICONS

Compared with Win10, the most obvious change is that the taskbar has changed to a completely centered position.

The action of opening the taskbar icon is ↓

The Start menu goes down like this

The change has attracted ridicule from netizens, who called it “guoli Guqi”. Of course, it can also be placed to the left. With the frosted glass effect, it doesn’t look much different from Windows 10.

By default, the taskbar contains five resident ICONS. To the right of the start menu are search, multitasking view, Widgets, file manager, and the Edge browser.

The search bar contains the same features, but the layout has changed and is suspended as a card above the taskbar.

Multitasking view, new desktop feature more visible, other changes are little. Forget the file manager and the Edge browser, nothing new.

Like the boxy logo, the recycle bin icon has been replaced with a positive perspective. In addition, the ICONS in the file manager, such as images, music and video, and the ICONS in the Settings center have been redesigned, and the spacing has been adjusted to make the vision more clear.

In Windows 11, the tile design is missing from the Start menu. From top to bottom are software libraries, suggestions, personal accounts, and switch options.

Above the software library, you can manually add, hide commonly used software, change the sequence of software, slide up and down to turn the page.

Click “All Apps” in the upper right corner to see all the apps in alphabetical order. Click on a letter to quickly jump to the alphabet for easy search.

The suggestion column is based on the user’s usage habits, which applications or programs may be used currently. Click “More” to see the recently added files and other resources.

Third, function update

Windows 11 has removed tablet mode from the notification center.

Let’s start with the split screen change. Windows 11’s Windows are easily arranged in a variety of ways, with the split-screen mechanism triggered by right-clicking on a full-screen button or pausing to move the cursor over it.

In addition to the obvious changes mentioned above, There are many subtle changes in Windows 11. Such as the large use of rounded corners. Large and small Windows and buttons are framed with rounded rectangles.

There is more ground glass effect of the application scene. The new component features, status bar, and various cards all use a ground-glass effect, which makes the system look younger.

In addition, the window shadow effect is more obvious, also added some special. This makes the hierarchy of the interface much clearer, making it a very non-smooth experience.

Are you looking forward to Windows 11?
