Giving up fantasy, inner volume is inevitable, in this process, we can only try our best to learn and supplement, try not to be the one who is optimized. Better, of course, if you can do something creative, write a middleware, write a framework, build your own little product. More valuable than simply learning. Learning, and not just learning to write code. Try different techniques, try different positions, and stretch your boundaries.

One reason is that, under the strong competition, the product will be subjected to endless trial and error. The high frequency of trial and error as far as possible, adding functions, and finally choosing the most effective one. Uber, for example, which has only a few companies doing sharing globally, is less edgy. In China, the battle between Didi and Kuaidi is burning up to 100 million yuan a day. Under such a fierce struggle, programmers must face speeding iteration. How can it not be hard? Once the product reaches a bottleneck, it may take a lot of people to optimize the initial over-staffing. Either create a new track to absorb them, or let them go.

It is worth thinking about the attitude of the public in the face of company personnel selection. On the one hand, when companies lay people off, people say capitalists are heartless. On the one hand, when the promotion is difficult, they blame gerontocracy for not removing those who are lying dead on their books. The healthy development of the industry is bound to be the continuous change of talent, such change, is sure to sacrifice some people, this will not change with our will. Either you live with it or you quit it. And whether you comply or quit has virtually no impact on the state of the industry. All you have to care about is your own life and well-being.

In contrast, rapidly growing companies/companies doing business overseas/companies that have monopolies are relatively less likely to be engaged, and even if they are engaged, they will receive relatively higher treatment. The other thing that’s out of the field of vision is the 2B company. Their expansion and development is orderly, at the same time with a certain threshold of entry. I suggest you look for it.
