EasyNTS, the video-on-cloud gateway developed by TSINGSEE Video, is designed to address the needs of remote video sharing/networking. When a domain name is mapped to a web page, an extranet address will be generated, and you can view Intranet applications by entering the extranet address in the browser. Currently, EasyNTS hardware version has been offline. If necessary, you can obtain the software version.
We use EasyNTS gateway to map an extranet camera port 80 and port 554 for customers with testing requirements. Some users tested with EasyCVR, but the VlC played through EasyNTS mapped port could not be played, so we tested locally, and the results were normal for local access and VlC play.

First, we need to check whether there is a problem of video stream transmission. We can access EasyCVR through Ehome protocol to check whether it is normal. After verification, we find that access cannot be found. It is found that only port 7660 is enabled on the user’s network, and the network access rules are not fully enabled.
