4 hot and hotOnly change is: hot: [Boolean | ‘only’]

dev-server: hot <=> HotModuleReplacementPlugin

HotModuleReplacementPlugin don’t need to manually, introducing in dev – after open the hot server will find HotModuleReplacementPlugin instance, in the plugins found no will be instantiated:
