Cause: The 64-bit system is not registered with the “msdaora.1” provider if an error occurs
Solution: Find your website in the IIS application pool, open advanced Settings, and set enable 32-bit applications to True.
There are other solutions, such as setting the project target platform to x86, using other connection strings, and so on. Changing the application pool is relatively easy and does not change the project or the code.
