EasyCVR video fusion cloud service is popular among our user groups with its powerful video capability and flexible compatibility (support multi-protocol and multi-type device access, including GB/T28181 protocol, RTSP/Onvif protocol, manufacturer’s private protocol such as Hikang SDK, DAhuaSDK, Hikang Ehome protocol, etc.). It has also been applied in a large number of offline projects. As the security industry gradually to intelligent, HIGH-DEFINITION, integrated direction change, such as EasyCVR strong convergence, high openness of the video platform has become the mainstream trend of security video monitoring field.

Recently, in our use of EasyCVR platform, the channel list appears to be empty. Today, I would like to share the troubleshooting and solutions with you.

It turns out that the data passed in from the back end is only passing pages, but not passing channel data.

The solutions are as follows:

Add the following code to query the device data of the master table, and then query the device data of the sub-table. If the sub-table device does not exist, the program will clear the data of the master table, and finally return the result to the front end.

Then query device data again, at this time there is data in the channel list, as shown in the figure:

EasyCVR as a set of relatively mature and stable video distribution platform, flexible expansion and contraction of resources as needed, without plug-in installation, browser restrictions and other conditions, to achieve plug-in free, multi-platform viewing playback. Last year, we replaced the new kernel for EasyCVR, EasyDSS and other platforms. The platform performance of the new kernel version is more stable and can provide better service experience for users. Welcome to pay attention to our update.
