At the 2021 Digital Transformation Development Summit forum, THE China Academy of Information and Communication released the trusted digital evaluation system. With years of digital transformation achievements, China Telecom was selected as digital Transformation Enabling Service Group, Digital transformation Promotion Outstanding group and digital transformation development Pioneer, and won the first batch of digital infrastructure integration cloud platform service ability certification.
On the site of the conference, the joint Construction and Sharing platform for enterprise digital development was also established under the guidance of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the People’s Republic of China. China Telecom Tianyi Cloud, China Merchants, Minmetals, Shanghai Pudong Development Bank, Huawei, Tencent, Ali and other enterprises became the first batch of members.
2021 is the first year of the 14th Five-Year Plan. Industrial digital transformation is frequently mentioned, which has become the consensus and direction of efforts to promote the transformation of old and new driving forces and accelerate industrial transformation and upgrading. In the past year, as the new infrastructure was written into the government work report, China Telecom, based on the “cloud to digital” strategy, has provided a wealth of innovative services and applications for all industries, accelerated the digitalization, networking and intelligence of social production, and boosted the digital transformation of the industry.
Hu Zhiqiang, general manager of China Telecom Cloud Computing Branch, delivered a speech entitled “Digital Transformation of cloud network, intelligence and security integration” at the forum. He said that in the framework of China Telecom’s digital transformation, China Telecom has given full play to its advantages in basic resources, including 5G and cloud network infrastructure. On this basis, Tianyi Cloud should continue to consolidate the digital foundation, build a digital platform, and integrate digital capabilities to empower external. Hu zhiqiang pointed out that China Telecom will first promote the internal digital transformation, build a system including self-research, products, ecology, service and other capabilities, and export to the outside, to achieve the digital transformation of thousands of lines and hundreds of customers.
At present, based on the cloud platform independently developed by China Telecom, China Telecom has realized cloud network, cloud side collaboration, cloud fusion, cloud intelligence, and cloud security. In recent years, Tianyi Cloud focuses on smart city, digital government, industrial manufacturing, logistics, finance, education, transportation and other industries, and has specially set up industry business division to provide all-round services and support for the digital transformation of all walks of life, and help more industries to achieve digital transformation and upgrading.
At present, digital economy has become a new driving force for sustainable development in the face of profound changes in the world. The 14th Five-Year Plan has clearly pointed out that we should develop digital economy, promote digital industrialization and industrial digitization. In the future, the construction of new information infrastructure, such as 5G, cloud, AI and big data, will accelerate the digital transformation of enterprises and become a solid force to promote the innovative growth of enterprises’ business and realize the vigorous development of China’s digital economy.
