This is not an article to teach you techniques. Nuggets do a much better job of summarizing and researching technical interviews than I do. Start: The school enrollment days

The year before last, WHEN I was a senior, I participated in the school recruitment as a fresh graduate. The last few months of my job search have been the most exhausting I’ve ever been in college, with every day feeling like the night before an ADVANCED Placement exam. In September, when the recruitment started, one company came to the school to hold an information meeting, and Po owners also conducted various interview and written exams with the army of job seekers. Part2 Define the direction of employment

It is not difficult to find a job, but it is more difficult to find a job that you feel is acceptable. Therefore, what you need to do at the very beginning is to clarify your plan after graduation: where do I want to work? What kind of job can I accept? What kind of company am I going to work for? What are your strengths and weaknesses? Think through these questions, you can happily find the right company.

Take me for example:

Po is a weak graduate from an ordinary school. Although she has not failed in the exam, her performance is average. Her health and energy cannot afford to work overtime for a long time. Although I majored in IT-related major and had vague concepts of front-end, I also wrote some front-end codes, but my level was really mediocre. At that time, MY understanding of front-end was only HTML5 and Jquery.

Based on the above self-evaluation and analysis, my strengths and weaknesses are as follows:

1. General technical level, able to write code but not very good foundation.

2, can not afford to work overtime for a long time, sleep more than 12 o ‘clock the next day will be blurred.

3. For personal reasons, I will only apply for a job in Sichuan and Chongqing.

4, did not pass the Koga general 985 graduation: state-owned enterprises and institutions should be more like me, but I do not like to go to too pension or salty fish enterprises

5. Living pressure in Sichuan and Chongqing is not particularly great, so as long as the salary in school or major reaches the above average level, it is good.

Based on these factors, I set my main target of employment at the central and state-owned enterprises with good efficiency and market competitiveness, while my secondary target was various Internet companies. I passed huawei and other companies because I was too tired

Part3 Resume making

Part4 About an interview

Interviews are generally divided into two kinds, group interview, individual interview. First, group face, I think do the following: be kind to others, take notes, pragmatic, show yourself.

For example:

When I applied for a certain operator, their group discussion question was as follows: In a heavy snow day, the business hall suddenly had a power outage, but there were a lot of people to do business, please think about the situation that the business hall would encounter and propose a solution.

2. As soon as possible, the business hall is a place to do business. As long as the business is done, people can evacuate.

Take good notes: it is best to write down the views expressed by the words we say in the group. The group generally has a summary, THE HR question link. If you don’t take good notes, you will be recommended to summarize, or ask you what XXX said.

Present yourself: Put your best foot forward and be yourself. Don’t always use online stereotypes. As often as you attend an interview, you’ll find that online stereotypes sound lame to you, let alone to the hiring manager.

The individual interviews are divided into a technical section and a conversation section (presumably to talk to you to see if you’re a good fit for their company). The technical section suggests reading articles about other aspects of the Nuggets. If you do not understand the technical problems, do not pretend to understand, do not understand the encounter can show “although I do not understand, but I go back to learn immediately” emotion, let the examiner think you sunshine and progress. And once you get the offer, even if you don’t sign it, it can greatly improve your confidence. The Po owner took an information offer from a construction company (yes, it was so weird) when all kinds of job applications came to a wall. Although the salary was very low and the conditions were common, I didn’t go, but it greatly enhanced my confidence in job hunting.

Part6 A quick way to find a job —–

A good internship can be really useful if you are of average ability or not confident in yourself. Not only can you clarify your career goals, but you can also add a resume, which seems to be valued by many companies.

One of my classmates did the same thing. Although he had played LOL for several years and barely understood the technology, he mastered the knowledge related to data through an internship in Inspur for three months. Later, he successfully got an offer from a large Internet financial company.


Part7 What should you do after you get the offer?

After getting the offer, be calm after being happy for a while. Study various situations of the company on the Internet, search the company’s search engines, weibo and wechat, and have a look at the details of the company. If there are seniors working in the company, please contact them and ask them. That’s how Po owners avoid a lot of shady companies they don’t like.

Part8 is written at the end

Having said so many tricks, in fact, enterprises ultimately value personal strength. Studying in a good university, solid professional knowledge, excellent results, or rich school associations, practical activities, competitions and so on, are the “hard currency” to find a job. Take three examples: a classmate of Po, ranked second in her major, went for an interview with Huawei. The HR took a look at her transcript, asked her for two minutes, and then she took the offer.
