  • The problem

When I accidentally checked the account security of Ali Cloud, I found that the security level was too low, so I successively set various security options, including the login mask. After you log out, you cannot log in again. The current IP address cannot be logged in. The PC cannot log in because the set IP does not match the current one. The same goes for the mobile browser.

The netmask determines which IP addresses are affected by the login console, including password and SSO logins. If the mask is specified, the account must log in only from the specified IP address. If no mask is specified, the login console function applies to the entire network. If multiple masks need to be configured, separate them using semicolons (;), for example, 42.120.66.0/24. 42.120.74.98

Ali Cloud APP does not directly provide the corresponding security Settings, so the corresponding functional interface can not be found directly. Through the message center of the APP (the mail icon on the right of the search bar), click on the recent activity to find a message with the title of the product console after clicking on it. You will then see the same interface as when you log in to the browser on the PC. Click your profile picture > Account Management > Security Settings > Login Mask, click Modify after finding it, remove the content filled in, save it and exit to log in normally.
