Then the device manager reads: code 10: The device cannot start. Positioning to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SYSTEM/CurrentControlSet/Control/Class / {4 d36e96b – E325 ce – BFC1-08002-11 be10318} add string UpperFilters item, Kbdclass uninstalls the device and restarts it. Then it’s ready for normal use. \
