Right click on my computer – > Manage – > Device Manager. Notice a yellow exclamation mark under the keyboard options. It seems that some software modified my registry to make the driver fail.

In Windows, find the run type regedit,

Then the device manager reads: code 10: The device cannot start. Positioning to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SYSTEM/CurrentControlSet/Control/Class / {4 d36e96b – E325 ce – BFC1-08002-11 be10318} add string UpperFilters item, Kbdclass uninstalls the device and restarts it. Then it’s ready for normal use. \
