Cleaning up the house recently, there are a lot of books scattered in various places of the room, most of them finished reading, but DO not know where to receive, keep to occupy the place, sell waste paper and it is a pity. In fact, many second-hand platforms have the function of official books, the official price will be lower than their selling price, but the victory in convenience. I selected 52 books that I would never read again to test the use of the two platforms, Zhuan and Xianyu, and to give some advice to students who want to sell books.
I. Function entrance

The function of Zaoyoushu is called “Zaoyoushu”. Users can buy and sell second-hand books through official channels. There is no official channel for selling books in Xianyu, so it is speculated that Zaoyou will guide users to enter the function module of Zaoyoushu, so multiple entrances are set up.
Second, the order
Both platforms include the ability to scan and sell books, and the experience is similar. The difference in function mainly lies in that zhuan provides complete search function, which can be searched by title, author and ISBN code, while Xianyu can only be searched by ISBN.
Order this part, the two platforms began to reflect a relatively big difference.
1. Different books can be recycled. Of my 52 books, 45 can be input for turning around, and only 26 can be input for idle fish.
2. The price is different. The average unit price of a tour is about 9 yuan, while that of idle fish is 7 yuan.
When you actually use it, you can scan both sides to see the price gap.
In addition, there are also differences from the recycling process.
Turn around here and ordinary express order almost, under the order to choose the address waiting for the door to receive the book.
Xianyu has added Sesame Credit. After the credit rating reaches the standard, the merchants who receive the book will pay first. But!! On one condition, you have to open a secret payment service. The logic here is to pay the user first, but if the book is received with problems, some money is deducted based on the appraised price. And, after opening the business secret payment, can not be manually cancelled, such as a month after the expiration of the period, will be automatically cancelled. This is great for users who have good credit ratings and really good quality books.
Both platforms have detailed rules for receiving books. I suggest you read the following carefully. Here I will say the following:
1. For the estimated price, the two platforms will display the estimated price after entering the book. There will be a final price after receiving the book and auditing, and the audited price will prevail in settlement.
2. For the quality of books, the quality of books is the key to measure the final price during the audit.
3. For books that cannot be recycled after review, both platforms provide the service of sending them back, and users pay the express fee themselves.
4. There is a limit on the number of orders in Zhuan, because there are often some activities in zhuan, which will stimulate users to place orders. However, there is a limit of two orders at most every day and three orders at most every two weeks.
I placed two orders here, and the estimated cost is 202.37 yuan. I placed one order for idle fish, and the estimated cost is 169.89 yuan. I used a coupon of 16 yuan (it should be idle fish subsidy), and the total cost is 185.89 yuan.
Three, send, waiting for approval
After placing an order, a Courier will come to pick it up. Sf Express is located in Beijing, so the cost of express delivery is quite high. I sent it to the warehouse in Beijing. I placed two orders, and the express fee was 54 yuan in total. The free fish is sent to Shenzhen, and the express fee is 104 yuan. Because of the different places of delivery, the express cost of xianyu is quite high. As can be seen from the express receipt, the recipient of Zaoyou is Zaoyou books, and the recipient of Xianyu is Huishubao.
Because the delivery location is different, the delivery time is naturally different, there is no good comparison. Both platforms completed the audit on the next day after signing for the receipt. For turning around, the payment was made automatically through wechat (bound to wechat account), while for Xianyu, the payment was made in the early stage, and the final payment of 16 yuan (the money of the added coupon) was paid after the approval.
The above are my main experiences on the two platforms. Finally, LET me talk about my own feelings.
I use idle fish for several years, are basically in sell, sell out of electronic products, also sold on around later, but the sales is not equal to free fish, I sold most of mobile phone display, such as idle fish up to a month can sell, and the price is relatively high, around here after release, ask the person is very few, or to ask the quotation is very low, When the idle fish side sold, around this side I will manually off the shelf.
This time selling books because they are official channels, turn here actually reflects some advantages. In terms of the business process of book recycling alone, the two platforms are not far apart. But users are most concerned about the recycling of books as far as possible thank you, recycling prices are higher, this is the advantage of turning around. The rest of the product features are not so important, but I still think the tour should be able to make the features better, at least combine the orders (have to joke).
The two platforms have their own advantages, but they did not open too big a gap, although the price is a little higher, but also afraid of price changes after the audit. You can also choose your own recycling platform based on your books.
