TeX Live download and installation

Method 1 (Success)

1. Use a mirror image of Shanghai jiaotong university to download iso file (Shanghai) : mirrors.sjtug.sjtu.edu.cn/ctan/system…
2. Windows users right-clickinstall-tl-advanced.batTo perform operations as an administrator.
3. chooseadvance->N of collections-> Remove unwanted language packs.
4. Select a path and install.
5. According toWelcome to the world of TeX Live!“, the installation is successful.

Method 2 (Failure)

1. Open theThe LaTex Project, go to theGetPage, drop down to find their own corresponding system.
2. Windows user clickTeX LiveAnd into theTeX LiveThe home page.
3. Click on thedownload-> install-tl-windows.exeDownload.
4. Open setup and selectadvance->N of collections-> Remove unwanted language packs.
5. Select a path and install.
6. Installation failed after 24 hours of waiting.
