On July 14, 2021, the National Standard Seminar on System and Software Engineering, Integration of Development, Operation and Maintenance, Capability Maturity Model (CMM), sponsored by China Institute of Electronic Technology Standardization (” INSTITUTE of Electronic Standards “), was officially launched at Netease Building in Hangzhou for 3 days.

The conference was attended by nearly 40 experts from 15 institutions, including Institute of Electronic Standards, Nanjing University, Huawei, netease, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, ComAC North Research Center, Tencent, China Information Technology, Academy of Military Sciences, zhendu, etc.

The systems and software engineering, development and operational integration, capability maturity model (CMM), national standards will be fully absorbed in the software engineering, project management, product management, organization management, quality management, performance management, lean software development in areas such as good practice, on the basis of building model accords with the practice of the domestic software industry development levels of maturity, By quantifying the requirements of key practices in multiple dimensions, it provides support for the achievement and innovation of organizational strategies and improves the industrial innovation capability.

Dr. Rong Guoping, director of DevOps Laboratory of Nanjing University, presided over the seminar. He introduced the objectives, main content and maturity model (level 1 to level 5) of the conference, and answered the questions about maturity raised on the scene.
