Our team leader

He has experienced the whole process of Ali from the first edition of DPL in 2012 to the group middle stage DPL and then to the business DPL ecology for 8 years, and became the leader during the whole process. Front-end Senior/senior Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for finance and tax SaaS B-side middle and background scene research and development, Web, small program, H5 hybrid architecture development;
Responsible for the governance of business architecture, propose solutions according to the characteristics of business line scenarios, optimize front-end development efficiency, code maintainability, expansibility, performance, etc.;
Participate in the construction of large front-end technology system in finance and taxation SaaS scenarios: Abstract DesignSystem, precipitate front-end/mobile component system, experience data analysis platform based on experience contact, front-end microapplication, BFF, FaaS, engineering system, construction system, mobile component cross-terminal RESEARCH and development mode, data visualization, stability monitoring, performance system, marketing construction and delivery system, etc. Continuous governance of front-end architecture and technical system to improve user experience;
Under the guidance of the construction of the Internet from zero large front-end infrastructure system;

Job Requirements:

Good computer foundation and programming ability, solid front-end basic technology;
React/Vue/Angular and other mainstream front-end frameworks are familiar with at least one of them, and familiar with small programs, H5 and other development modes;
At least 3 years front-end related working experience, at least 2 years large and medium sized application development experience;
High front-end engineering literacy, experience in Git co-development/Webpack construction process/optimization;
Aggressive, positive and optimistic about technology, concerned about the development of the industry, keen interest in cutting-edge front-end technology and thirst for knowledge, good communication skills and team spirit;
Knowledge of Node.js or a server-side programming language Java/Python/Go;

Job Requirements:

Good computer foundation and programming ability, solid front-end basic technology; I am familiar with at least one of the mainstream front-end frameworks like React/ Vue/Angular, and have in-depth thinking and practice on the selection and packaging of each framework.
At least 5 years front-end related working experience, leading or independently responsible for a certain scale of front-end technology products, or have in-depth research in a front-end technology field;
Have unique research and specific results in a field (e.g., front-end architecture field, DesignSystem, visualization, engineering, Node.js);
Strong technical initiative, positive and optimistic, dare to take responsibility, pressure resistance, innovation

Pluses:

Experience in front end team management is preferred.
Having high quality technical products or open source project contributors is preferred;
Master at least one non-front-end development language and actually complete the project is preferred;
Those who have driven the evolution and governance of technology architecture with good results are preferred;
Multi – functional development ability, complex product development experience is preferred;

Front End Person in charge (Business line)

Job Responsibilities:

Lead a front-end team of about 10 people to analyze business characteristics and abstract the demands of front-end capabilities;
Lead the team to sort out and build the front-end business-level framework, lead the front-end team to realize the front-end top-level strategy, technical direction to business implementation and implementation;
Plan the growth path and performance appraisal for the students in the group, and grow together with the students in the group;
Actively cooperate with front-end architecture governance;

Job Requirements:

The project with more than one person is preferred;
Technical depth in the field, or application architecture is preferred;
Ability to collaborate with multiple roles to reach consensus and get results is preferred;
Product conscious, sensitive to business data and often able to put forward strategic proponent preference for products based on business data;
