Don’t look at this sentence is true, but adults look at the pros and cons is a general awareness. This is just about personal interests. If it involves the interests of other teams and cooperation is not helpful for their business to achieve KPI, there is no need to continue communication. This is the reality. Maybe you’re all familiar with these scenarios, and you should know by now that in the adult world there’s only profit and there’s no right or wrong.

In our daily work, the business we are responsible for is our value, and if we do well, we can only get a good evaluation. But if you’re doing more than your boss expects, you’re creating additional value and will be highly valued. If you set a great example and promote the growth of the team, then you have created more value than expected and will achieve the highest evaluation of the leader.
