Cause analysis: it may be that when uninstalling other software, the relevant DLL files to be used by this software have been unregistered



You can run the following three DLL component commands under CMD:

regsvr32 “C:/Program Files/Common Files/Microsoft Shared/DAO/dao360.dll”

regsvr32 “C:/windows/system32/scrrun.dll”

regsvr32 “C:/Program Files/Common Files/System/ado/msado15.dll

Once it runs, it can be opened normally
