BUG organized a community activity of Shenzhen Ruby Community last weekend. Before the activity started at 2:00 PM, we thought that the number of participants would be affected by the recent epidemic news, but we did not expect that there were still a large number of applicants to participate in the exchange.
According to our statistics, although there are less than 5W programmers registered in the Ruby Community nationwide (this number may be less than 1% of the national number of programmers), its active degree is very high in the technical community. Ruby’s amazing activity is largely due to its innovative technology and good timing. But the technological advantage diminishes over time; Even with good timing, the impact will fade over time.
I remember the first time a friend asked BUG, “What’s so good about Ruby?” I’ve outlined nine of the most important basic tenets of Rails:
- Programmers maximize their happiness
- Convention over configuration
- The chef’s selected
- Diversified design patterns
- Uphold beautiful code
- Provide utilities
- Emphasis on integrated systems
- Progress is more important than stability
- Tolerance and
“Ruby is simple in appearance, but is very complex inside, just like our human body.” This is a quote from Ruby author Matsumoto, and I like it very much. I don’t know if you get the philosophy.
Finally, the theme of this activity is “Rails6 front-end solution introduction”, attached to the BUG monarch said the information for reference, welcome to pay attention to a lot of communication! https://slides.com/windy/rail…
