About FydeOS and Stoneware innovation
FydeOS is an operating system product based on Chromium open source project built by Fyde Innovations. Touchstone Innovation is one of the few manufacturers in the world that focuses on Chromium OS open source projects. In 2020, Chrome OS became the second largest desktop operating system in the world. FydeOS is currently the only commercial grade full-function third party Chromium OS operating system product in the industry; FydeOS pre-installed computer devices can have a similar experience to Google Chromebooks and can be used in mainland China without any problems. FydeOS, in cooperation with the customized centralized pipe platform and affiliated cloud services, creates a secure and controllable one-stop solution of hardware and software, and is currently serving a large number of domestic and overseas industrial customers.
About Flinstone Innovation and how we work
Founded in 2015 in London, touchstone Innovation has experienced a long history of technology accumulation and is now in a period of rapid growth. In line with the style of small & Beautiful and WLB Matters, over a dozen people in Touchstone innovation have worked together for the past 5 years and are still alive today. From the initial prototype validation to today’s position in the operating system market, Stoneware believes that the power of a few people can still make a big enough voice to change the landscape of an industry.

About the position being hired
Operating system low-level engineer
Responsible for FydeOS operating system underlying adaptation and kernel function optimization:
Good knowledge of C/C++, experience in project development, understanding of Linux system architecture, understanding of Linux kernel architecture, and familiar with at least one subsystem or driver or embedded development experience, familiar with the system architecture and major components of any distribution or AOSP plus
- Experience in embedded development and debugging, especially with bootstrap as a development board
- Familiar with Android underlying architecture, and have practical experience in modification and development of any layer such as Native layer, Framework layer and graphics layer
- Understand graphics systems for regular Linux distributions or Android
- Understand how Linux containers work
- A long-time Linux user who understands the open source culture and the collaborative processes of the Linux (mostly kernel) community
Android Low-level engineer
Responsible for the optimization and function development of Android subsystem in FydeOS operating system:
Familiar with AOSP project; Have practical experience in Android ROM tailoring and customization, familiar with Android system architecture logic and implementation principle, proficient in C/C++, Java, other popular back-end languages such as Python, Golang, Rust, practical writing experience, familiar with Linux and Familiar with the principles and applications of Container technology is a plus
- Familiar with Android HAL development and Graphics HAL related project experience
- Familiar with Android Framework layer and Native layer
- Experience with custom development for any popular Android ROM distribution
- Familiar with popular Android framework, plug-ins and tools such as Magisk, Xposed, Tai Chi and other principles and practical toss experience
- High-quality users in tech communities like GitHub/Stack Overflow
- Well-known contributor to open source projects
- Write and maintain systematic development documentation
C/C++ low-level software engineer
Responsible for developing and maintaining system libraries and other system components required by FydeOS operating system:
Proficient in C/C++; Familiar with common data structures and algorithms, practical experience in product-level C/C++ projects, proficient in development and debugging in Linux environment, have high execution standards for research, development, testing and deployment, and have the ability to control each link to score points
- Familiar with computer graphics principle
- Familiar with the Chromium browser project
- High-quality users in tech communities like GitHub/Stack Overflow

Major front End engineer
Responsible for the front-end development of FydeOS affiliate network services:
Knowledge and writing experience in HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript is confident enough to be familiar with a popular backend language and associated technology stack: Python, Ruby, Golang, Nodejs or PHP familiar with the principles and applications of RESTful APIS and practical experience with any number of popular JS libraries: Vue, Angular, React and other actual development experience of ME*N Stack for human-computer interaction and interface design and development experience plus points
- Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite products
- Has contributed code to any well-known open source project and had it adopted
- A couple of pieces that I can get my hands on

Internet full stack engineer
Responsible for the architecture design, development deployment, upgrade and maintenance of FydeOS affiliate network services:
Enterprise software architecture, development, deployment, and maintenance experience popular front-end languages and scripting languages such as C/C++, Java, Python, Golang, Scala, ES6 actual writing experience enterprise database design, configuration, deployment, security improvement and high availability policy customization Experience in the actual design and implementation of OpenStack, Docker, Kubernetes and other products participated in the process design and optimization of software project DevOps bonus
