## Recruit back-end partners to build a recruitment system of this era together

Project introduction: 1. We are fed up with the long waiting time and the pain of cold rejection when applying for a job. We want to replace the garbage model of the 1.0 era, which still relies on overseas investment to get an interview. 2. After more than a year of research and meeting with investors, we finally sorted out the direction of the product, the Angle of entry, the business model, and the mission and vision of the company (as well as the cold start plan — we are not the kind of people who only know cheap talk); 3. In fact, the problems of the industry are obvious, and the solutions are also obvious. It is just that we need to bow our heads and do something that looks boring but is actually useful.

Team introduction: 1. We are an entrepreneurial team from Beijing, currently we have one product manager, one product and technical partner, and one American partner (part-time tutor, and help us find financing); 2. We are from a listed company in the industry, and we think we are cool. After two years of work, we can reach the director level.

Recruitment requirements: 1. We are looking for a back-end partner who puts responsibility first and has the same entrepreneurial impulse; 2. Someone who has the skills but is tired of writing uncontested code and wants to be in the technical field. 3. I hope you are young and have 2-3 years of experience, so that we can work and live barrier-free.
