If you do not agree to modify this Agreement, you shall immediately stop using the Services of Zhongcheng Butler Platform; Otherwise, it is deemed that you agree to and accept the modified Agreement. 7.2.1 When you use the services of Zhongcheng Housekeeping Platform, Zhongcheng Housekeeping Platform shall have the right to unilaterally terminate this Agreement if any of the following situations occur: 7.2.1.1 Using the services of Zhongcheng Housekeeping Platform in the name of another person or using the account of another person; 7.2.1.2 Use the services of Zhongcheng Housekeeping Platform for illegal purposes; 7.2.1.3 Engage in any behavior that may infringe on the system and data of Zhongcheng Butler Platform; 7.2.1.4 In violation of any laws and regulations or provisions hereof; 7.2.1.5 The regulator considers that the services provided by Zhongcheng Housekeeping Platform no longer meet relevant regulatory provisions; 7.2.1.6 The regulatory authority considers that the services provided by Zhongcheng Housekeeping Platform no longer meet relevant regulatory provisions; Cheng steward platform in 7.2.2 apart from the above reasons, shall have the right to depending on the situation (including but not limited to its business risk, its business operation, laws and regulations, regulatory requirements and policy changes, etc.) to provide you with some or all of the unilaterally suspend/terminate the honesty in butler service platform, so you can’t use the service or services limited, It is not regarded as breach of contract of Zhongcheng Butler platform. 7.2.3 Upon termination of this Agreement, the agreement shall be handled as follows: 7.2.3.1 If you are applying for products or services of a third party, the third party shall continue to perform its obligations for you through other channels; 7.2.3.2 Any service between you and the third party is for the third party to continue to perform outstanding obligations; 7.3 Transfer of Rights and Obligations Hereunder Without the written consent of Zhongcheng Housekeeping Platform, you shall not transfer your rights and obligations hereunder to any third party. Zhongcheng Housekeeping Platform has the right to transfer all or part of its rights and obligations hereunder to a third party without your consent, but you will be notified of such transfer. Viii dispute Resolution The conclusion, validity, interpretation, performance and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. During the performance period of this Agreement, all disputes and disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be settled by the parties through negotiation. If no agreement can be reached through negotiation, all parties agree to submit the agreement to the people’s court of the place where the agreement is signed for settlement through litigation.
