First, open the Camera Raw filter




Because I’m going to create a daytime effect here, I’m going to make it a little brighter




Then I opened HSL. Since the grass of animation is relatively green, I adjusted the color of the grass




Then adjust the saturation and brightness of the sides appropriately







Then click on camera Calibration to adjust the parameters




By clicking OK, we can see that a lot has changed




Next we need to change the sky into a clear animation blue sky. First, Crtl+ J duplicate a layer and use the Quick Selection tool to roughly select the area of the sky




Then, create a mask behind this duplicated layer




Now it’s time to change days. I went online and found a picture




I found that the sky doesn’t have a strong animation fell yet, so I need to fix it




I’m going to make it a little bit lighter. Then I adjusted the color balance. The sky of animation is usually cyan. Here I can share my parameters, and the effect is shown in the picture below




I think that’s it, then press Ctrl+ Alt + Shift +E to stamp a layer




Then simply move the image to that PSD and adjust it




Next, hold Alt and move your mouse pointer between the first layer and the second layer, and click on an arrow that appears to adjust the sky slightly




Now that I feel a little bit better, let’s take the next step. Open: Filter → Style painting → oil painting, parameters are not necessarily, can be based on personal preference




Click OK and hold down CRTL +”+” to zoom in and you can see the details are quite different




The grass became a bit messy, a bit like a picture. But I felt that the grass would be empty, so I found a two-dimensional character and dragged it into the grass




However, it does not look natural in this way, because the feet of the figure are not covered by the lawn. We can add a mask behind the figure and properly paint the feet of the figure with a black brush to make the picture more integrated




Since it is daytime, there will be shadows in the grass. At this point, create a layer and use a black brush to brush behind the character with opacity at 20%



Now that the effect is probably out, I find a beam of sunlight and drag the material onto the canvas




Now change the sun blend mode to filter




You can press CTRL + T to adjust the size of the sun, and then drag it to the position you want.
