[Others] Enable and disable IMAP/SMTP service of mailbox (prerequisite for mailbox sending verification code)

What is IMAP?

The Internet Message Access Protocol (IMAP) enables you to obtain and download mail information from mail servers. IMAP, like POP, is a mail retrieval protocol.

Temporary authorization code

That is, after opening IMAP/SMTP service can be used, generally in the mailbox website – Settings – account – IMAP/SMTP and other services – open

Here is an example using QQ mailbox:

① After logging in to the mailbox, click Settings



② Click on the account



③ Scroll down to find services such as IMAP/SMTP and click Enable



④ Sending SMS verification – obtaining the authorization code – succeeds
