This paper briefly describes how to use O2OA for the first time to create personnel information, organizational job information and organizational members and organizational job management of the practical significance and use scenarios.

Organizational management Portal

Create person information

Click “Personal Management” to enter, click “+” button, as shown below:

After filling in the personnel name and mobile phone number (note: Personnel name and mobile phone number information are mandatory, other information is optional), click “Save Personnel Information” to complete the addition of a personnel information.

Creating organization Information

Enter from the left navigation “Organization Structure”, click “+” button, as shown below:

Organization name (note: Organization name is mandatory. Click Save Organization to add an organization.

Note: The organization category selection does not need a category, you can directly enter the correct category in the input box, in the subsequent creation process, you can be directly added to the selection.

Create a subordinate organization

To create a department under the company, click the “+” button on the right of the company to create a department under the company. The procedure is the same as above, as shown in the picture below:

Note: “Organization Type” can be filled according to the actual organizational structure of your company, such as Department, DEPT or Department. If the organization category does not match your company structure, enter the organization category as required.

The meaning and management of organization members

Organization member is personnel and organization and subordinate relation, show the organization subordinate relation of personnel. Since a person may be used in multiple organizations for part-time or secondment reasons, the system will generate multiple relationships between the person and the organization, namely “identity”. In O2OA management personnel and organization of the affiliation (” identity “) is more convenient, only need to manage the organization members in the organization information can complete the binding of personnel and organization affiliation.

1. Select the organization, click “Organization Member”, and click “Add” button, as shown below:

Select the person and click “OK”.

Addition and deletion of organizational positions

Add the position

Select “R&D Department”, click “Organizational Position”, click “Add” button, and enter “Department principal Position” in the “Title” column, as shown below:

Click the “+” button behind the regular leader, select the personnel, and click “OK”, as shown below:

Add “Deputy leader” or other position information in the same way.

Tips: In order to facilitate and unify the use of organizational positions, organizational positions need unified planning. It is recommended that all organizations have “full-time leaders” representing managers, directors, and general managers.

Delete the post

Check the position and click the delete button to delete it, as shown below:

The meaning and use of organizational functions

In O2OA, there are many uses for organizational duties. The most common scenario in which organizational jobs are used is when specifying a handler for a human processing activity in a process. For example, when applying for leave, the employee needs to go to the department manager for approval. The simple flow chart is as follows:
