Cold okra

Ingredients: Okra, minced garlic

Seasoning: oil consumption, soy sauce

Wash the okra and blanch it for about 2 minutes, adding oil and salt to the water to give it a nice colour. Once removed, cut it in half (it doesn’t matter if you don’t).

One tablespoon of oil, soy sauce, add some water. Stir-fry the garlic in oil until fragrant. Pour the seasoning into it, stir it a few times, and pour it over the okra. (I usually add the seasoning directly, not in a bowl beforehand, everyone according to their own habits).
