In April 2015, I decided to quit my job and come to Beijing to find a job. I came to this strange city with confusion about the future.
Iii. The First two Years of North Drift (16 years)

Fortunately, the leader and colleagues were very nice, and the work was very pleasant, but I never met such a harmonious team again.
After two years of this, my technical depth did not improve much, nor did I have the opportunity to raise my salary. Then things got worse and worse for the startup, and the company went out of business. Luckily, I got an N+1. Then I went on vacation for a month. I slept until 11 o ‘clock every day.
One day, I got tired of sleeping and began to look for a job. The problems I had met before appeared again. It was difficult to pass the resume. Finally, I met with a start-up Internet company, and the salary was 17*13, with five insurances and one housing fund as the minimum standard. I felt the atmosphere of an Internet company for the first time here.
Iv. The third year of the North Drift (17 years)
In this company FOR the first time I realized the hard work of the Internet company, the original can come off work at 10:30 every day, the whole person is tired with a dead dog like, want to be quiet every day. Fortunately, there was a good learning atmosphere in the company and a wave of colleagues with strong abilities. For the first time, I felt an obvious gap with others in ability. The company, as a startup, gave me plenty of opportunities to take on things, and I could definitely feel my ability to improve.
After working here for half a year, I bought a house in my hometown, and my family helped me to raise the down payment. However, I felt the pressure of life again, and the monthly mortgage rent is about 10,000 yuan, so I have enough motivation for me to grow up. How can I pay the mortgage if I don’t make money well
Forced by life and pushed by friends, I started my next job, a second-tier Internet company with a salary of 20*16. Finally, IT took me four years to reach the level of some fresh graduates…
5. The fourth year of North Drift (18 years)
Here I felt the importance of communication, felt the competition within and between teams, and felt the cruelty of the workplace. It turns out that work isn’t just about doing your job, it’s about doing more. Here, the improvement of technology is not the most important, but the improvement of soft power is more important. Learn to adapt to the environment, learn to express their output, learn how to better communicate with colleagues, and learn to improve their own abilities.
Vi. The Seventh year of the North Drift (year 21)
