The status displayed in the background of itunesConnect is “Ready for sale”, which means “available for sale”. After the approval, the customer searched for the download in appstore, but did not find it, thinking it was due to the delay of data synchronization. Wait for a long time, the result to search again, still no.

After logging in to the background, I found that the status of the APP was normal, but it could not be found in Appstore or iTunes.

I checked several sources and found that there are many developers who have encountered this appstore caching bug.

Solution:

Plan 1: change the price and issue area

  1. Log in to the background of itunesConnect.apple.com and enter the app information page.
  2. Click price and Sales range, change the price to 6 yuan (China price), change the sales range to “China”, and click Save;
  3. After saving, do not wait, and then change the price and sales range back to the original, click save, you can.
  4. Wait half an hour to two hours and you’ll find it in the appstore.

    The specific operation is shown below:

Plan 2: Contact Apple technical support

  1. Go to itunesConnect.apple.com and click “Contact us” at the bottom.
  2. Click “App Store Questions”, click “App not on App Store”;
  3. Apple has listed several useless solutions. Skip them and click “Contact Us” directly. Submit the form after filling it out.
  4. Wait for apple’s technical personnel to process and reply. The specific operation is shown below:

The first solution takes about an hour on average, and the second solution needs to wait for apple’s technical customer service to reply. They have a 10-hour time difference from us, so it’s gonna be at least 10 hours before they’re done. On weekends, it takes even longer.

So, personally, I prefer the first solution.

This is how itunesConnect shows that your app is available in the background, but not in the Appstore.
