After joining Ali, the blog has been growing for 4 years. I always want to restore the update, but because of my busy work, I have not taken real action. In the New Year, set yourself a small goal of “blog month” to write about your current feelings and thoughts in a timely manner, starting with “My 2021”.
First, keep healthy
The body is the capital of revolution, health is always the first.
In 2020, I often stayed up late to catch up on projects, resulting in physical discomfort, chest pain and tightness. I could not find out the reason even when I went to the hospital. In 2021, adjust the mentality, body first, more sleep, chest pain symptoms have been significantly relieved.
In 2021, the physical examination found pulmonary nodules, whose size was just the critical value recommended for resection. After two CT reviews, the nodules showed no increasing trend, and the doctor suggested annual review, which was a relief.
Since my body has changed, I began to do some aerobic exercises to enhance my heart and lung functions (running, rope skipping, badminton, yoga, etc.). Although the amount of exercise is not much, I have made progress compared with 2020.
Two, the working state
In 2021, the pace of work will slow down, and people will be able to leave the office around 23 o ‘clock (in 2020, they can only leave the office after 0 o ‘clock).
Below is my Dingding 2021 annual report, with an average of 6 audio and video conferencing per weekday and an average of 25 minutes per meeting, it seems that most of the day is spent in meetings and only the evening is free to write the code 😂.
Three, polishing products
In 2020, we incubated industrial brain intelligent optimized control system AICS based on cement industry from 0 to 1 (see: help.aliyun.com/document_de…). .
In 2021 we continue to grind the AICS product core competence, and precipitation from point to surface a lot of new business solutions (see: www.aliyun.com/product/ai/… .
Fourth, cloud Conference
In October 2021, our team solemnly released AICS 2.0 at the Computing Conference, and I also took the opportunity to experience my own products at the computing Conference at public expense. When I saw that the products I developed were praised by customers at the press conference, I felt a sense of pride.
According to the outline of the 14th Five-Year Plan, the penetration rate of industrial Internet platform should reach 45% in 2025, 30% higher than that in 2020. With the strong support of the state, the industrial Internet has a good long-term development prospects, AND I myself will continue to refueling for China’s industrial digital transformation to make a modest contribution.
5. Personal growth
Technically, I have been thinking about how to build a system that can be deployed anywhere, flexible, flexible, fault-tolerant, easy to manage and easy to observe, so I have more exploration and practice in the direction of cloud native technology. I have accumulated two technical articles about cloud native (I) and cloud native (II) as I understand it.
In business, I have more understanding of “supply, research, production and marketing” of the whole industrial manufacturing link, and have a deeper understanding of the production and processing process of cement industry, such as the working principle of cement mill, raw material mill, rotary kiln and other mills. In the future, we will share some popular science content of industrial Internet.
In addition, because the scope of my work involves the whole process of project delivery, I often fill in the posts of project manager PM, technical manager TM, product manager PD and front end, and my comprehensive ability has been comprehensively improved. The next step is to strengthen the algorithm learning, and strive to fill the algorithm in the New Year.
6. 2022 Targets
Health: sleep 7 hours a day, exercise 3 times a week, weight control at about 125 kg. Work: Further master industrial knowledge, in-depth study of intelligent control algorithm. Personal: blog at least monthly, sharing cloud native practice, industry thinking, personal growth, etc.
