I am a student of accounting who graduated from Shuangfei University in 21 years. I came to Shanghai after graduation. At present, I work in a medium and large listed company. The project group is not large, and the project is not the kind of traditional Internet, but data governance + visualization. What is visualization? You can understand it as a kind of data display, there is less interaction, can be a large screen according to different ICONS to display effective data. On the data side, their technical experts “clean up” the structured data, of course, there is unstructured data. And every day I work is to complex SQL query, data first and then through a standard interface to json string to return to the front, front end to the work done by the prototype is designed according to the UI design figure developing master mould the same page, and then the data query import, so that a perfect visual icon is present in the leadership and the people’s eyes; Do you find this kind of work boring?
You can choose a job, but you can’t decide the content of the job. Although AT first I was very passionate and thought it was fun, I developed my SQL skills, but what about business development skills? Cans be imagined, so I decided to do a thing, that is through offline time, looking for a complete project, with video source, I will follow according to the rhythm of bit by bit every day, as a result, half the time, I put the pure hand to knock out the projects, the harvest is very big, really if I haven’t adjust in time, lead to let it work, Then I wouldn’t be what I am now. I met several times and got the offer notice, which made me very proud. Although it was just a test, it was an affirmation of my ability, XDM, what do you think? Does that count?
Gradually, I began to impose strong requirements on myself, requiring me to squeeze out two hours of study after work every day, two hours of which included project coding+LeetCode algorithm + blog record. These two hours are not a lot of time, but you have to do it every day. Do you think you can do it yourself?
Just from the school into the society, a lot of social rules have not been clear, have to prepare. Although I haven’t been beaten by the society, my heart has changed from just fear to perseverance, self-reflection + self-change, which is really important. In the near future, I will become the person I want to be, no pay, no return.
