What’s the difference between Klokki and Klokki Slim?
The main difference is the automatic time tracking function. We call this feature automatic tracing. The rest of the functionality is the same and has the same high standards that we try to bring to our application. With this separation, we hope to make the pricing model more flexible and give our customers the option to pay for what they need.
What is auto tracking and how does it improve my job?
The automatic trace will start the timer for you without taking away your control of it. You just need to define some rules for Klokki and it will be booted. After that, Klokki will work completely autonomously – start and pause the timer based on your workflow.
Can I install Klokki on multiple Macs?
When you purchase Klokki, your license authorizes you to use the application on only one computer. If you have multiple Macs, you will need to purchase a new license for each device.
Why did the timer restart?
Our application is built on the principle of conversation. Therefore, each time you press the Start button, a new session is started. This time is then calculated to the running task.
The report contains all sessions, so you can easily return to them to make changes or get an overview.
Why does automatic tracking not start the timer?
We have thoroughly tested automatic tracing, but since this is a feature that can be configured in different ways, there may be some issues.
Why can’t Kokki be used with [App Name]?
Koki will work with all locally developed applications. However, problems can arise if the application is not native, or if the developer intentionally develops it in a way that hides the information used to trigger the timer.
Can you access my data?
Not at all. Your data belongs to you and is stored only on your machine. If you purchase Kokki, the only thing we can get is your email and application license information. This is only used to link your license to your email. We take privacy very seriously and would never use the trust you have placed in us.
Can I export Kokki data to other services?
Klokki and Klokki Slim offer the possibility of exporting CSV files that can be imported into other applications and services
