IOS contacts call + sort

1. Convert all names in the array from Chinese to English to get a list of all names with the first letter

2. Add A # to the last name list (currently all uppercase letters are A to Z plus #)

3. Delete the last name list you just got

4. Sort the last name list

5. Combine the uppercase key of each surname with the data of the corresponding contacts to generate the key Value format
