As for the output results, the completion of the whole page of the project was basically 100% completed. However, due to time constraints, the output results were not carefully checked, tested and corrected. After finishing the page, they were cut off to do another project.
Learning and growth: learned and applied drag-and-drop components in the first Super Lego project, designed and encapsulated secondary components by myself in the later projects, and configured simple application tools for the project.
Strengths and Weaknesses in work: As a newcomer with only two years of front-end experience, I still lack a lot of technical experience, so I need some time to grow and accumulate. Under my lack of experience, I sometimes face some pressure in the face of the work plan, and then I need to adapt to and grow.

2. Self-evaluation of values

When I was facing my first front-end project, I was still under great pressure. It was also due to my lack of experience that I delayed the work plan. In the face of these challenges and difficulties in the new environment, I am slowly adjusting and making progress
I also believe that I can finish leadership assigned tasks, oneself also in the accumulation and precipitation, facing the new problems in myself to learn and grow, the most difficult technical problem in the first two project, drag and drop, oneself by case a little bit of research and development of the Internet, although may not have been somebody else so good-looking, but the basic functionality is implemented
When students and collaborative development problems, whether the UI design defects, or project design thinking understanding does not reach the designated position, or the backend interactive data missing, also the first time to find their communication, coordination, common to solve the problems and difficulties, yourself and students won’t solve, demand led to help in time, will also be synchronous problem state, Together, we discuss solutions to problems,

In this short period of work, I have seen the unique thinking of each Internet person and their enthusiasm for work. Everyone is very smart and excellent, and I still have some gap between them, no matter in work experience or social knowledge.
In this new working environment, I also feel and experience the department system and collaboration of a real Internet company. Of course, it is also for the better pursuit of the ultimate form of the Internet, higher product output, and better user experience.
Working for a period of time, the deepest feeling is the fast pace of life of the Internet, originally I am a growing novice, sometimes can not catch up with the rhythm of everyone, but also need a lot of help and guidance.
Technically, I am the only one with pure H5 and 996 in the past, so my technical growth slightly deviates from my plan and expectation. Because I know THAT I will face greater life pressure in the future, I have been pursuing a rapid growth, and I will plan and improve myself when I have time.
