Dear contestants,

Since the registration of 2020 Tencent Light. Public Innovation Challenge was opened, the response has been warm. As the qualification of participants is limited to natural persons, some companies/units could not register.

Participants in this event (hereinafter referred to as “You”) shall have all the following qualifications:

1. Legal person, unlegal person or natural person with full capacity for civil conduct established according to law; 2. The competition is open to the whole society, regardless of identity, nationality, relevant field of individuals, universities, scientific research institutions, enterprises, start-up teams and other personnel; 3. The relevant personnel of the competition organizer shall not participate in the competition; 4. You can participate in the competition as an individual or as a team (self-organized offline or cross-organization, hereinafter referred to as “Team”). Each team has 1-4 members, and each person can only join one team. 5, you need to ensure that are legally registered tencent cloud account (specific registration process, please refer to https://cloud.tencent.com/ and completed real-name certification (in tencent cloud console – account infoshop see if real-name certification has been completed); 6. Each participating team can only use one legitimate Tencent cloud account to participate in one activity. 7. If you are not satisfied with one of the qualification requirements, all your participation will be regarded as invalid and you are not entitled to receive any prizes.
