The root cause of this problem is that you have cracked IDEA and configured a mapping in the local hosts. Then IDEA detects a pop-up warning that the server certificate is unavailable and does not allow it to pop up. Go to idea – > File – >Settings and search for Server Certificates and just check the check box in the image below
