This is my seventh macOS product: iText

IText is an OCR tool that recognizes text from images.

  • Integrated with Baidu deep learning algorithm (so it can PKšŸ˜‚ with Baidu), the recognition results are surprisingly accurate
  • With screenshots, drag, select picture files and other methods, the operation is very convenient

Identify by Screenshot

Select any area of the screen and instantly recognize the text in it.

With shortcut keys, screenshot is more convenient. The default shortcut is ā‡§āŒ˜1; Of course, you can change it in iText preferences.

Identify by drag and drop

For example, if you see an image on the Web or have an image file locally, you can drag it to the iText menu bar icon to identify it.

Identify by selecting the picture file

Of course, you can also select the image file from the iText menu to identify it.
