About work
I have been working in my current company for nearly two and a half years, so I don’t have a strong sense of belonging, but I am also used to this environment.
I most satisfied is the atmosphere here, don’t have to care about those who intrigue dejected, eg: don’t have to think about, the relationship between the colleague is a kind of the meaning of “a hedge between keeps friendship green”, I really like this kind of relationship, now don’t have to spend too much attention to maintenance, chemistry more contact, even if not congenial, my character is destined to be vertical enemies, Just keep working. What could be better than that?
In terms of salary, according to the calculation when I first entered the company, it has been raised by about 60%, which is not much but not bad. Although there is still a gap between expectations, I can accept it, because people’s desire and development are destined to be higher than the reality forever. The title of “Excellent Employee” for two consecutive years can also be regarded as an acknowledgment to the company. We can probably barely call it a “win-win”.
This year, there were three offers of internal promotion brought by my former colleagues, some from start-up companies, some from outsourcing companies, and some from listed companies. After hesitation, I chose to refuse all of them, because I think that at present, my priority is not to find a job, but to think carefully about what to do next. I don’t want to waste too much energy on correcting direction, because it’s too inefficient.
I love IT, but love can’t be used as a driving force for my career, because IT will eventually dissipate under all kinds of hardships. If I don’t set the direction, I’m really afraid that I will get “lost” halfway.
About life
In the past six months, I have had a lot of trifles in my life. The final result, though not all of them satisfactory, is not bad and still acceptable.
See a lot of big boss bask in tens of millions of deposits, say not envy that is false, but I also have self-knowledge, want to succeed, strength and opportunity are indispensable. My current point of view is that it is a good thing to be patient and accumulate strength capital, and in the process, to harvest some success occasionally.
After I started a family, especially after I had children, I realized that my spare time did not belong to me, and it was almost impossible to want to work or study from home. The torn pages of my book and the fingermarks on my laptop screen were my punishment, so that I could only focus on playing with him. It may have been a small sacrifice in personal growth, but it was worth it compared to the feeling and hope my little one gave me.
In terms of personal sports, I have basically wasted the past six months. Even though I have a solid foundation in my body, I have felt a little weak recently. After that, I need to strengthen my exercise.
About learning

Originally, the plan was developed in collaboration, but due to manpower shortage, I had to carry it alone. In this process, I have learned a lot of knowledge related to Electron. One of my plans for the second half of the year is to develop an application combining Vue3 + Electron, the content of which is to be determined, so it can be regarded as a practice.
Read a part of the VUE source code related articles, but still the reason – read a lot of books, still have a bad life, optical practice is not the result of a half-understanding, so, the follow-up will start from the theory + practice two aspects, a good study of a wave of VUE source code, also a wave of output.
Also in the intermittent brush, the biggest feeling is that their basic knowledge in the algorithm is really weak, the basic concept will be mistaken. We all know that practice makes perfect, but the process of “practice” needs persistence, and many of us have lost the opportunity to harvest because we can’t endure this obstacle. At present, what I lack most is the basic knowledge of algorithm, so the focus of the next one or two months will be on tamming the foundation. As long as the foundation is stable enough, the height of the building does not depend on the mood!

The plan for the next six months can be summarized as follows:
- You can look for a job, but don’t insist on it. The most important thing is to figure out what you want to do next.
- Do not hesitate to lead a team. If you have a chance, you can try.
- I still don’t spend much time with my daughter-in-law and son. In the future, I will try to squeeze out more time for company through a more reasonable and compact time arrangement.
- Enhance their soft power and hard power in all ways to improve their influence.
- Stick to exercise, even the simplest of radio exercises will have an effect.
- Develop the Vue3 + Electron project and summarize the problems, thoughts and gains in the output development process.
- Tamp the algorithm foundation, as far as possible to do the topic.
