Compatibility:

• Safari supports MP3 and WAV but does not support OGG
• New Audia() in JS is equivalent to adding a
  tag to HTML
• Chrome and Opera do not play automatically, requiring an interaction on a page element
• The width/height attribute has no effect and must be controlled using the style inside the style tag
• To improve the customer experience, add text between the start and end tags of audio
• Thetag defines media resources for media elements. It cannot be added to thestart tag, and thetag is a single tag without an end tag.
