I clearly remember that the salary range of the position at that time was 18K~25K, that is to say, the guaranteed salary was 18K.

Apparently, he was “undercut” by HR…

Don’t say that HR is just a worker, there is no need to save the company money, they can not get benefits and make others unhappy. That being said, while I don’t know the exact composition and performance of an HR person, I don’t know a single HR person who wants to save money for the company all the time. (Maybe this is a common HR problem)

One way or another, if the HR tells you how much you’re being paid, she’s interested in you, and if you find out she’s offering you less than you expected, you should know she’s negotiating with you.

In fact, your bargaining chip is very simple. When you talk to the interviewer, it will be better to find out if the company is desperate to hire.

In short, learn to be flexible, according to the interview atmosphere, the size of the company, your situation. It’s best to come prepared with a “this is it” plan before the interview, so you don’t get flustered and let the other person’s request dictate.

If you talk about it, you can buy your girlfriend an LV if you can add 500 more. That’s 5,000 a year, rounded to the bottom. So it’s worth taking a moment to think about it.
