Preliminary understanding of Ali Cloud management console

Ali Cloud Management console is a Web application used to manage Ali Cloud products. The console provides an intuitive user interface. Through this console, you can manage Ali Cloud products, such as starting and connecting to ECS instances, using OSS storage space, setting up alarm monitoring, etc. You can access the console of each product or service from the home page of Ali Cloud Management Console, or access the console of the product or service through the product details page. The console also provides information about your accounts and bills.

Start using products and services

1. Commonly used products and services are listed in the product shortcut navigation on the left of Ali Cloud management console. 2. Click Products and services in the navigation tree to view the complete product and service list.3. Click a product or service name to open the console for the product or service.

Add and remove shortcuts

1. Click products and services in the navigation tree on the left to display the complete product and service list. Click the icon on the right of a product to add the product to the common console list.

2. Click a product or service that has been added to the left navigation bar to delete it from the left navigation bar.

Change the password

1. On the navigation bar at the top of the Ali Cloud Management Console, click your account.

2. On the security Settings page, click change password. 3. On the Authentication page, select an authentication mode

  • If you select Pass mobile verification code, ensure that your mobile phone is still in use and click Verify Now. Then go to Step 4.
  • If you select Pass face, click Verify Now. Then go to Step 5.
  • If you select Contact customer service, click Verify Now and go to Step 6.

4. Change the password using the mobile verification code.

  • In the verification code box, click to obtain the SMS verification code, and then enter the six-digit verification code that you have received. Click OK.
  • Enter the current login password and the new login password, confirm them, and click OK.

5. Change your password by photographing your face

  • Please scan the QR code with mobile Aliyun/Mobile Taobao.
  • After reading the authorization statement, click Agree.
  • Complete face authentication as prompted, enter the current login password and the new login password, and click OK.

6. Contact customer service to change the password.

  • Enter basic information, including the reason for the appeal, contact name, ID number, mobile phone number, and email address, and click Next.
  • Upload the id information of the account owner as required, then click Submit appeal. The system will send the appeal result to your mobile phone and email address by SMS or email within 3 legal working days.
  • After approval, the mobile phone you fill in will be updated to your account binding, and you can use the mobile phone to retrieve the password.

Get billing information

1. In the top navigation bar of Ali Cloud Management console, click Cost. 2. On the expense center page, you can view the account overview, payment details, consumption records, order management, voucher and coupon management and other information. Setting message reception

1. Click the message center icon in the navigation bar at the top of Ali Cloud management console to enter the message center page. 2. Click Receive Message Management in the menu on the left. The system lists all message types, recipients, and receiving methods. 3. Modify the receiving mode of various messages, including email and SMS. The default recipient is the contact of the account. You can click Modify to add or delete the recipient.

You can register and log in to ali Cloud Agent record management system through the console. Select Record in the navigation bar at the top of Ali Cloud management console.

The console provides access to a variety of help resources, including product documentation, Ali Cloud developer forums, and the cloud community.

Choose Support and Services > Help and Documents from the top navigation bar of Ali Cloud Management Console.

Submit the repair order

1. Choose Work Order > Submit Work Order from the top navigation bar of Ali Cloud Management console. 2. On the page of submitting work order, you can choose to ask consulting questions and technical questions. For your type of question, click the corresponding ask button. 3. 4. On the work order submission page, select the priority of the problem, enter your DNS resolution address, complete URL address, leave your contact information, briefly describe your problem and upload the attachment. Ali Cloud management console is also suitable for tablet computers, mobile phones and other mobile terminal devices. You can download the Aliyun App by scanning the code on the PC console or from the Android and iOS App Store.

To have a better web-based management console operation experience, you are advised to use the following browsers:

  • Mozilla Firefox (Latest version)

If you access the Aliyun Web management console through browsers of other versions, you may not be able to view or manage resources, experience the best interface layout and interactive operation, or the access speed and performance may be significantly reduced. If you encounter problems in accessing the Aliyun Web management console using a different browser, you are advised to change or update the browser version in a timely manner.
